1. Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines
- Processing Time: All confirmed orders are processed and packed within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding Sundays and national holidays).
- Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 1:00 PM IST on working days are typically prepared for dispatch the same day or the next business day.
- Peak & Festive Seasons: During major festival periods (e.g., Diwali, New Year), order processing may take an additional 24–48 hours due to high order volumes.

4. Fragile Packaging Guarantee
Ceramic aroma burners and glass diffuser oil bottles require specialized handling. Every order is packed with:
- Multi-layer heavy-duty bubble wrap and corner cushioning.
- High-density shock-absorbent foam or corrugated inserts.
- Sturdy 3-ply/5-ply outer corrugated shipping cartons clearly marked “FRAGILE – HANDLE WITH CARE”.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive an email and SMS/WhatsApp notification containing your tracking number (AWB) and a direct live tracking link.
- You can track the progress of your shipment in real time using the link provided or directly on our courier partner’s tracking portal.
6. Damaged in Transit / Breakage Guarantee
In the rare event that your ceramic diffuser or product arrives broken, cracked, or leaking:
- Notify Us Within 48 Hours: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide Proof: Share a brief unboxing video or clear photographs showing the damaged product along with the outer packaging box and shipping label.
- Immediate Free Replacement: Once verified, we will dispatch a free replacement to you immediately at no additional cost.
7. Non-Delivery / Address Issues
- Incorrect Address: Please ensure your complete shipping address, including landmark, correct PIN code, and an active mobile number, is entered at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners typically attempt delivery up to 3 times. If an order is returned to us after 3 failed attempts or customer unavailability, a re-shipping fee may apply for redelivery.
